Did you know that late, cancelled and missed appointments are a major contributing factor in the rising cost of healthcare? We reserve time in our schedule just for you in order to accommodate your busy schedule, and we ask that you give us the same consideration when you need to change or reschedule your appointment. All fees are due at the time treatment is started, and patients are personally responsible for all fees for all treatment.
Insurance and Billing
We can bill any insurance that you may have. If you don’t see your plan on the list below, please call our office to inquire. These are just a few insurances we are contracted with:
- Delta Dental Premier Plans
- Stanislaus Dental Foundation
- Connection Dental
- United Health Care
- First Dental Health
- Health Edge
- Principal Financial
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
It is our primary goal to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of that goal is to make the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable as possible for our patient by offering several payment options.
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, as well as CareCredit.
- We offer a 5% full-payment courtesy (10% for patients 65 years or older) to patients who pay their balances before starting their treatment. Unfortunately, due to outside regulations, we are not able to extend the courtesy to patients with third-party dental benefits coverage.
- No-interest (if paid within the promotional period) payment plans from CareCredit. Please see CareCredit agreement for details. In some cases, a CareCredit transaction fee may apply.
Now you don’t have to worry about saving up for the procedures you want and need. With CareCredit, the decision’s in your hands to get what you want, when you want it. For more information or to apply online, visit carecredit.com
FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
Education & Prevention
Our state-of-the-art operations include visual monitors which provide educational information and personalized music for your enjoyment!
As a practice, we truly believe that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide “dental health care and education” vs. “disease care”; that’s why we focus on thorough exams-checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking X-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, we’re also concerned about your health.
Training & Expertise
As your dental health professionals, we want you to be confident knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. We pride ourselves in providing the care you need to keep your smile healthy. To give you the best possible service and results, we are committed to continual education and learning. We attend dental lectures, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of new techniques, the latest products, and the newest equipment that a modern dental office can utilize to provide state-of-the-art dental care. Our office staff is cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certified, Diabetes Awareness, Caner Screening, and trained to handle unforeseen office emergency situations. Also, being members of various professional dental associations helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.
